Client Interactions
Through a dedicated account manager, we offer a single point of contact to facilitate open and efficient communication. Typically on a quarterly basis, the vice president of Client Services and the assigned account manager will meet with each client to discuss the administration of the contract, current business performance, SLAs, account manager responsiveness, general satisfaction, and short- and long-term business objectives.
Client Satisfaction Measures
Improved client satisfaction measurement and tracking has enhanced Antares' client feedback process and ensures we always meet our clients' expectations. Our client satisfaction process utilizes responses from interviews conducted by an unbiased independent consultant with various clients' senior management. Satisfaction is also gauged through the assigned account manager, who has regular communications with each client.
