Antares recognizes that our clients need user-friendly and secure ways to transfer and share information with their end customers. With those needs in mind, Antares has developed Web-enabled applications customized to meet the demands of the health care industry. Our family of Connexion Web-enabled applications is cost effective, HIPAA-compliant and provides a critical distribution channel of information to users through a single source. Access to information they need, when they need it.

Connexion by Antares provides providers, members and employers instant, secure access to your membership, eligibility and claims transaction data anytime, day or night, via the Internet. You designate the audiences you would like to access your data:

  • Customer service units
  • Members
  • Employer groups
  • Brokers/agents/sales support
  • Providers

Antares downloads the data from your administrative and claims systems to a secure server and makes it available to your users via an Internet Service Provider (ISP) and web browser.

The application has the ability to configure the product to specifically provide your company brand and color schemes on the end product.

Connexion by Antares for Providers is an option that can provide convenient, secure online service which allows providers to verify eligibility and benefits, view claims payment history, review pre-authorizations, and to view provider payment information. Each provider can self-register for this Internet application, creating their own username and password.

Connexion by Antares for Members is a convenient, secure online service for reviewing claims and benefit information. Each member, including dependents, can self-register for this Internet application, creating their own username and password. The application can be branded to look like part of your existing intranet, if desired. If offers members the following features:

  • Review current coverage levels, including copays and deductibles
  • Review the status of claims
  • Review Explanation of Benefits (EOB) forms
  • Order new ID cards
  • Change address and/or phone number
  • E-mail Antares' customer service
  • Find a physician or hospital
  • Review how much has been paid against the annual deductible

Connexion by Antares for Employers is an option that can provide your company with online access to enrollment information. Authorized users are typically those people who work in the Human Resources area. This secured Internet application allows the HR rep to answer frequently asked questions on covered services, deductible amounts, and copays. It also enables the employer to verify a roster of covered individuals, including their dependents. The employer can also add new enrolled members, and terminate policyholders and/or their dependents. Other services include the ability to request a replacement ID card, process a change of address, or send a secured message to Antares.
