 Application Hosting

Selecting Antares to host and maintain the software for your company can be a cost-effective way to benefit from the most up-to-date applications for your industry. One of Antares' solutions is application hosting, should a full BPO offering not fit the needs of one of our customers.

Some examples of reasons why a company would be interested in application hosting:

  • Interested only in leasing
  • Lack of interest in capital investments in hardware, people, or software
  • Interested in upgrading legacy software and/or hardware

Genelco Group+ System

Antares acquired the Genelco Group+ claims and health benefit application in 2000 to specifically administer multi-state PPO, indemnity, individual health business, supplemental and government-sponsored plans (Medicare supplemental). Antares uses Genelco Group+ to support needs of several clients, providing them with a high quality, cost-effective solution. Functionality of the Genelco Group+ application includes, but is not limited to, automated adjudication, automated provider files, billing, disbursements, EOBs and NOPs. The system is a real-time, online claims adjudication system and has the ability to build automation of benefit plans.

Genelco Group+ Advantages

Antares views this application as a significant element in its overall business strategy to grow within the mid-market life and health segment. As such, we have committed an entire, structured department to support the Genelco application and the user clients as described above. Antares augments our staffing appropriately to fulfill development and support needs for each client's partitioned application. Antares is operationally prepared and contractually authorized to accept leased IBM clients. Antares is also very active in the user group on behalf of our clients, taking part in regular meetings and annual conferences. Clients have membership opportunities with the procurement option and will also benefit from the leasing option indirectly, sharing in technologies and processes, while enjoying the freedom of leasing.
